Moumneh Dental Polyclinic is a multidisciplinary dental clinic providing comprehensive oral healthcare services. It brings together several practitioners and specialists with a shared objective: to deliver high-quality care tailored to each patient’s needs within a professional and well-structured environment.

The clinic is equipped with modern facilities and follows strict protocols in hygiene, safety, and organization, which are essential in the medical field. It ensures both clinical care and patient follow-up, as well as administrative management and coordination between healthcare professionals, guaranteeing efficient and rigorous patient care.

My Project at Moumneh Dental Polyclinic

During my summer job at Moumneh Dental Polyclinic, I was involved in the daily management of the clinic, with the objective of ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations. I contributed to the administrative organization of patient records, priority management, and adherence to timelines in order to meet the expectations of both patients and the medical team.

I also took part in the rigorous sterilization of medical and dental equipment, a critical aspect in ensuring hygiene and patient safety. In parallel, I adapted to different stakeholders and professional contexts, responded calmly and effectively in urgent situations, and contributed to the supervision and ongoing training of staff by supporting the development of their skills.

This experience enabled me to develop strong organizational skills, a high sense of responsibility, and excellent adaptability within a demanding healthcare environment.

Hard skills developed

Medical administrative management

Organization , updating and archiving of patient files (medical data, care history, appointments).

Strict adherence to confidentiality and health data regulations.

Scheduling appointments and managing priorities according to urgency and practitioner availability.

 

Hygiene and sterilization protocols

Strict application of dental instrument sterilization protocols.

Preparation and disinfection of treatment areas before and after each patient.

Compliance with health standards and procedures for the prevention of biological risks.

 

Operational organization in a medical environment

Managing patient flow in coordination with the healthcare team.

Anticipating material needs (instruments, consumables, sterilization products).

Optimizing working time to ensure the smooth flow of consultations.

 

Logistical assistance and support for medical teams

Operational support for practitioners and healthcare staff.

Coordination between reception, treatment rooms and administration.

Contributing to continuity of care in case of high demand.

 

Emergency situation management

Rapid and structured response to unforeseen or urgent situations.

Implementation of internal guidelines to ensure the safety of patients and staff.

Maintaining a professional, calm and efficient environment under pressure.
